Thank you for shopping with Candori. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition
Unworn and unused
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@candori.no within 14 days of receiving your order.
In your email, include your order number and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Candori is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@candori.com with a description and clear photo(s). We will assess the issue and provide a solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
